How FastPII handles your personal information.
Last updated: June 13, 2026
Introduction
FastPII is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website and services.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal information: analytics data (page views, browser type) via Microsoft Clarity, and email addresses when you join our waitlist or newsletter. We do not collect personal data through our open-source SDK. All processing happens locally on your infrastructure.
How We Use Your Information
We use analytics to improve our website experience. Email addresses are used solely to communicate waitlist updates or product news. We never sell, share, or transfer your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Website analytics data is stored by Microsoft Clarity under their data retention policies. Email addresses are stored securely and deleted upon request. The FastPII SDK processes data locally. Nothing is transmitted to our servers.
Your Rights
Under GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@fastpii.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days. Legal basis for processing: we process personal data under Article 6(1)(a) (consent) for analytics cookies and Article 6(1)(b) (contract performance) for service delivery.
Data Retention
Analytics data collected via Microsoft Clarity is retained for 18 months per their data retention policy. Email addresses collected through waitlist or newsletter sign-ups are retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe. The FastPII SDK processes data locally on your infrastructure; we retain no data from SDK usage.
Data Processing Agreement
For enterprise customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 GDPR, please contact us at legal@fastpii.com. Our standard DPA covers processing purposes, data subject rights, sub-processor obligations, and audit rights.
